60m high entrance in 200m cliff. Descend doline on right (no path) traverse towards headland, along base of cliff and descend through jungle before balcony to river. Follow river into Gaping Ghyll sized entrance chamber at foot of More than Malham Cove sized cliff, at back of which a Marbe Steps sized flood overflow goes off down 3 short drops followed by short pitches, a horizontal section, and then 10m ramp drops to a 10m pitch where you can descend to streamway but way on is to traverse forward until an easier return to stream by a couple of pitches. Follow streamway via a couple of cascades, generally traversing high, then back to stream via ramp and pitch, traverse right hand wall to avoid a lake, continue traversing leads to 10m pitch to large platform where a large cross rift holds a 180m pitch with flood debris at least half way up. A narroe (1m) canyon leads off and crosses a stream entering left and exiting right (Ants Crossing Path), then a 3m pitch drops down to a wade for 15m to two inlets in roof. Passage continues beyond where a prudent retreat was made in the wet conditions of June 2001.
