Description 1


Following the aqueduct walkway upriver from Cangguo, around 50m before the dam is reached (approx 2km from the village), the stream running in the main riverbed splits and around half the flow heads into an obvious sink at the base of the cliff on the north-east side of the valley.

The entrance is a wide, low arch under the cliff (perhaps 4m wide and 1m high). The stream flows down a sloping section to flow into a small window (not investigated due to lack of gear) [QM C].
