Type of research: biological

Cave description:

The cave is an active resurgence from which a stream with variable discharge (according to the time of the year) emerges. During our first exploration the cave turns into a siphon immediately passed the entrance, and during our second exploration we were able to enter the cave for about 90 m. A gallery 6/8 m in diameter begins across from the stream; it works as an overflowing conduit during flooding periods. After about 30 m the gallery joins again with the main flooded gallery. Air drafts were not detected.
