Cave description: The entrance of the cave is represented by a large collapse shaft which can be descended by a narrow and difficult path running along the eastern side; it leads to a wide inactive gallery running. in a S-SE direction with a branch that is active only during exceptional meteorological events (“Pools Gallery”). This branch ends in an inaccessible siphon with thick silt deposits. This section is an overflowing conduit, connected with the NE branch which is active. Overall, the cave is represented by a large inactive gallery connected with the active gallery below through the collapse of the main gallery. The active section was explored uphill and downhill only for a few hundred of meters. Different erosive phases, with typical vadose morphology, is recognized in the active cave.

Results of the 13 expeditions organized by the Museo Civico di Storia Naturale of Verona to southern China. One-hundred-twenty-five caves were explored, for a total of more than 60 km in length. For each cave we list the progressive number, the cadastral number, the type of research conducted and a short description of the cave. Most of the caves are located in Guizhou Province, in Qianxi County. The hydrogeology, biology, geography and archaeology of the area were investigated during the scientific expeditions. 40 pages, No caves maps, 21 photos.
